Is this a physical store?

No. Beyond Pinyin sells digital learning access and free practice tools. There is no shipping.

How does checkout work?

Add paid items to cart, then complete payment verification on the Get Full Access page (Alipay / WeChat QR + note). Access unlocks after admin review.

Refunds

Because access is digital and reviewed manually, refund requests are handled case-by-case via Contact Support before access is widely used.

Free vs paid

Games, Place Fate, and shadowing trial can start free. Library PDF downloads and private contact require Full Learning Access (¥99).
